Digital Delivery

GeoMatrix is delivered digitally by email after payment. Because digital files can be accessed immediately, all sales are generally final once the download link has been delivered.

When We Can Help

• If your download link expires before you can download, contact us and we can resend access.
• If you paid but did not receive the email, contact us with your PayPal email or order details.
• If there is a duplicate charge, we will review and correct it.
